To ensure the highest level of hygiene, we use single-use files for sanitisation, giving you peace of mind with every visit. Cancellation Policy
Cancelling / Rescheduling your appointment with less than 48 hours notice will mean your deposit is non refundable, but you may reschedule. Cancelling / Rescheduling your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice will forfeit your deposit and a new one will be required for a future booking. Cancelling with less than 12 hours' notice or no-showing your appointment will require the FULL treatment price to be paid. We are unable to work on any other salons work for insurance purposes, failure to have bare nails (unless done by us) will require a removal at an extra charge before we can proceed to apply new product. While we will try to be accommodating, this is time dependent and may require a separate booking upon the technicians discretion.
