Cancellation Policy

Cancelling / Rescheduling your appointment with less than 48 hours notice will mean your deposit is non refundable, but you may reschedule. Cancelling / Rescheduling your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice will forfeit your deposit and a new one will be required for a future booking. Cancelling with less than 12 hours' notice or no-showing your appointment will require the FULL treatment price to be paid. Please send us a message on Wattsapp to arrange any resheduling or cancellations.
