The exclusive line of products is available only to Biosculpture-trained artists, who undergo three rigorous stages of training to deliver the highest quality service. Using vitamin and mineral-enriched bases, our treatments are designed to protect and nourish your natural nails, helping you grow them to the length you've always dreamed of. Each Biosculpture Manicure is tailored to your nails' specific needs, featuring either a 4-step or 5-step process, depending on what your nails require. This includes the careful removal of your previous Biosculpture manicure. Please note that if you have any other nail products on your nails (other than Canvas10 Biosculpture), a prior soak-off will be necessary. This service should be added to your cart and booked separately from your Biosculpture Manicure. Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy Cancelling or rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice: booking fee non-refundable, but rescheduling is allowed. Cancelling or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice: booking fee forfeited, and a new fee will be required for future bookings. Cancelling with less than 12 hours’ notice or failing to attend (no-show): full treatment price will be charged. Nail Condition Policy We cannot work over other salons’ products for insurance and safety reasons. Nails must be bare unless previously done by us. If not, a removal service will be required before treatment, at an additional cost. While we aim to be accommodating, time constraints may require a separate appointment at the technician’s discretion. Contraindications & Health Disclosure To ensure your safety and the best results, please ensure your nails are free from: Fungal infections Cuts, open wounds, or sores Severe nail damage or lifting Skin conditions around the nails Please disclose any pre-existing conditions that may affect your treatment, including: Allergies (especially to nail products or adhesives) Skin sensitivities Medical conditions affecting nails or skin Failure to declare contraindications or pre-existing conditions may result in appointment cancellation and forfeiture of your booking fee. Artist Preferences Selecting an artist is considered a preference, not a guarantee. If your chosen artist is unavailable due to sickness or scheduling conflicts, your appointment may be reassigned to another artist of the same or higher level. If you wish to be seen only by a specific artist, please contact us in advance. We will notify you if any issues arise.
